Frank Schubert's very useful utility ELOStat can be downloaded at www.computerschach.de/freeware or www.cent.co.yu/chess. ELOStat produces a comprehensive statistical evaluation of PGN databases and generates an Elo rating list similar to the Swedish SSDF list. Heartful thanks to Frank Schubert for sharing his program.
