Hi!
I use a shortcut to play multiples games, in it ive writted d:\Winboard\Winboard.exe/mg 4/reuse/reuse2, but Francesca, in the second game, "freezes".
Ive tried with -reuse and xreuse but..the same.
If i use a shortcut, Where must i type reuse command?
Thanks for advance
Carlos Pesce
not -reuse and xreuse
right is
/-reuse /-reuse2
Hello Carlos,
Example: Engine / Engine match !
01) Start WinBoard
02) Play against a chess engine or match two engines !
Now Engine X (first engine)
And Engine Y (second engine)
Engines with fd in your WinBoard.ini are the first engines !
Engines with sd in your WinBoard.ini are the second engines !
Please look for an example the end of the WinBoard.ini file in my
config.zip file (Download Page Q)
03) Now the Additional options ...
/mg x (for 20 games) /mg 20
04) For the interesting debug file
/debug
05) And /-reuse /-reuse2 (see my News Ticker)
For an 10 games match with Francesca you can set the options:
/debug /mg 10 /-reuse /-reuse2
For the other engines:
/debug /mg 10
I hope this is clear (in my bad english) !
I play all my matches with the parameter /debug !
Try it !
Regards
Frank
