Winboard engines in Millenium

Hi,
I have wbconv.dll but no idea how to set up a winboard engine
to run. I have tried crafty but no luck.
Unlike Chessbase which has a page identifying how to use it's
winboard engine by renaming it, Genius seems to have no information.
Can someone point me to where this may be found.
