Doesn't my english translation help? There should be a link to it on the page. As I don't own Nimzo myself you might wanna mail Frank if the problems persist.

please look in the detail pages (english / german) for Nimzo 2000b !
(Download Overview I or in Phase X) !
I think that you have a problem with the opening book. The book must stand in a subdirectory.

Or download my config.zip file.
