there have been several announcements by author of uruchess about a public release and invitation to author's website to click on his sponsors' banners. but recently, we are missing him.

I'm not surprised. He wanted to write the strongest chess program in the world from the first version. Nobody can do that. You have to start from the begining, and learn while improving the program. This is fact, but difficult to understand for a 16 years old boy
