It is allowed in Israel and in the US. However, the players who are the best are much better than the best computers. Basically, a computer has *no chance* against a postal GM. While the good players do use computers to check for tactical blunders, at this level, positional play and strategy dominate.hello all.. does anyone know of any correspondence chess games,where
