help!!!

I'm feeling rather dumb at the moment..I just downloaded the new goliath and Exchess and try as I might i can't get either of the opening books to work!!
I basically copied the opening books from the old versions(which used to work) to the new ones, and it still doesn't work..Both engines don't use the opening books!!
Do i have to put something in the command line or ini files?
Is there something new in the opening book formats for these versions? I doubt it, but so what is wrong??

when you adjust in the "WinBoard Menue" the option book under help you can
setup book=on or off !!
I hope your book stand of on and in your Goliath.ini stand book of on !
I think this is your mistake ... !
