Hello!
This is my first post here, so hello to you all!
I see you wonder how to make the Winboard engines play with their own books under the ChessBase interface. The answer to this problem is simple: Create an empty book, and assign this to the engine when you set up a tournament. The engine will then use it's own book. This works with most engines, the only exception is (don't know why) AnMon.
By the way - Frank's pages are a www wonder! I hope someone will pay you for your work some day Frank!!
See you all!

Yes this solution occured to me also, and it will obviously fix this problem. But it doesn't really solve the main problem which is the fact that Fritz by default makes moves for the engines! I suppose it works this way with native engines, the interface chooses the book. Well Winboard doesn't work this way Chessbase, freedom for chess-programs! =)

Indeed! Frank is a major asset to the Winboard community!
