Hi winboarders ,
time to try this magic thing everyone is so excited about :-)
Does anyone have some patience and is willing to save me a little time ?
Sure this all has been answered before I suspect but as there are so many yace posts at the board it is a little threatening to go through them all . Also for once Frank's page didn't answer all questions ;-)
a.) Which binary should I download and where to get the best ?
b.) What should I put in my yace.ini say for about 64MB Hash , ponder on , Nalimov tablebases in E:\tbs used ?
c.) Which downloadable book is supposed to be good for yace ? Can I download a reasonable one or do I have to build it for myself ?
Thanks in advance.

Yace 0.21 at Frank's site.
There's an ini file included with the package and it's easy to change. To use ponder on just add "hard" if you're running Yace without WinBoard. Otherwise enable "Ponder next move" in WinBoard as usual I think. There's other possibilities as well and they're explained in documentation.
The one at Corbit's site is sufficient I think. I also offer a possible book, but it's somewhat larger. Building your own book is easy, so that's also an option.
Best wishes...
Mogens
