My question is what is the script to send out seeks at an ics when using winboard as a gui ??
Where do I put the script in the winboard.ini file ??
Thx
If you are using winboard along with a Winboard compatiable Chess engine. then I recommend a couple things. please consult the corresponiding ICS for specifics. My question is what is the script to send out seeks at an ics when using winboard as a gui ??

The below is for ICC (Internet Chess Club)
open your ICS.INI file for edit.
*this is basically "the script file". It will send whatever is in it to the ICS*
add the line: multi seek 1 1 r f; seek 3 0 r f; seek 15 5 r f
add the line: +alias gameend multi seek 1 1 r f; seek 3 0 r f; seek 15 5 r f
the first line will send the initial seek when it logs on.
**the "R f" following the time is "rated" "formula" which means use my formula with the seeks.
after each game (adjourned, aborted, etc.) Winboard sends the command gameend to the ICS. so the "+alias gameend" then will re-create your seeks.
I also add my formula and any machine specific notes to ics.ini
