Bayeschess.bat ?

Hello,
I download Bayeschess and create in the same folder a bayeschess.bat file with what I understood is my java path, but nothing happen when I execute the bat file.
I must confess my absoltute ignorance regarding the java issue.

My java folders tree are as follows:
Drive (C:)>Program Files>Java>j2r31.4.2_04
>jre1.6.0
>jre1.6.0_03
>jre1.6.0_05
>jre1.6.0_07
>jre6
and each jre folder have 2 sub folders called bin and lib.
Based in this information, I would greatly appreciatte if somebody could send me a model of the correct bayeschess.bat file.

c:
cd\bayeschess
bayeschess.exe


put bayeschess.bat in "c:\program files\java" directory
bayeschess folder "c:\bayeschess"

this program takes about 1 min to load
