What is the best board design is a matter of taste.
The standard WinBoard install comes with a shortcut to run a bot on an ICS, with the settings described in the file ICSbot.ini. It uses the sample egine included in tha package, Fairy-Max. What engine best to run on ICC is also a mater of taste. If you want it to logon automatically, you should supply the login script yourself, as this has to contain your handle and password.
