New Winboard Engine "Zephyr"

I would like to announce a new WinBoard engine that will become available soon. It's called "Zephyr" and runs under Win95/NT (tested) and probably Win98/2000.
Actual state of development:
Chess engine: works reliable (2 bugs known)
WinBoard: some minor important commands are missing
Strength: very few heuristics have been implemented until now, therefore bad but improvable.
The program has been written from scratch, no code from other software has been used.
