Recently I asked Gerrit Reubold, and he answered as follows:What settings are recommended for 32 MB totally?

So for 32 Mb you allocate 24Mb to Position tables, 4 Mb to Evaluation and 4 Mb to Pawn hashtablesI'm not quite sure, but I'm using 24+4+4 with success so far. What settings are recommended for 32 MB totally?

Hash% Pos 1% / 5% means : the positional hashtables are 1% filled, and 5% of the "probes" were successful (a transposition was detected). Note that the remaining 95% of the probes were not useless, they improve the move ordering. The other values mean the same thing: "filled percentage" / "percentage of successful probes".I'm curious. What if anything does the line
Hash% Pos: 1%/5%, Eval 53%/16%, pawn 99%/80%
mean??
Am I allocating too little memory to the hash table for pawns?
