JRCP stood for: James Robertson Chess program
The program has got his name Insomniac since the tournament in Leiden.
Unfortunately, it isn't freely available.

JRCP is an abbreviation and stands for "James Robertson' Chess Program" the author of an American winboard chess engine. I think this engine is not freely available.
Best wishes
