In my computer play: 1e4 c5 2Nf3 d6 3d4 cxd4 4Nxd4 d6 5Nc3 Ke7????
and an other positions play moves like this.

Same thing happened to me when I used that large book from Hyatt's ftp. 1. d4 Na6.
So without messing around with it I overwrote the book by compiling a new one useing the book.txt file from medium.zip.
It solves the problem for me, that book was too big anyhow.
