Tom Kerrigan has put out a new TSCP. The new distribution comes with a 32 bit exe, and Tom says that TSCP now has Winboard support. I have not succeeded in running it with Winboard yet though, but someone else might be able to figure it out.
It might be noted that with TSCP in order for it to play as black, you need to enter your move as in d2d4 and then enter the command "go" for TSCP to calculate for the side to move (black). But entering a move in Winboard and then using "Alt 1" to enter the "go" command into TSCP did not get it to work with Winboard.
But I'm assuming that it is possible to do, see Tom's post at CCC.
This is what I have in Winboard.ini: \"TSCP -xboard\" /fd=c:\\newtscp
and I have tried it without the -xboard first, no luck yet, but like I said someone might figure this out, I've only looked at it for a few minutes now.

ALSO!! Alex has put Pierre's website back up! I'm glad that it's back, it's now at: http://pierre-chess.homepage.com/ but I have not gotten this revision into my webpage yet (I got distracted)
