I can play against noonian28 with winboard 4.0.7 but cannot play eng vs eng with winbaord 4.0.7

My first impression about Noonian 2.8.
- Poor middle and end games.
- It abends if it is set up to play Black with another Engine.
- It doesn't recognize the opening book.
- I play five games but the results were pretty bad for the Engine.
It aborted two games and lost the others by selecting very bad moves.
- I think it has the same level of Mfchess 1.0.
I think too bugs for one version.
