Can someone who speaks German well explain this sentence to me:
"Soll man nicht zbp. zur DataBase uben!"

My guess would be something like:
"Should one not zbp. to Database pratice."
But I don't know what zbp. means and I assume there's an umlaut missing in uben. A german national would probably do better.

My guess is: "For example, it shall not be used in any database."

This, then, is a truly horrible thing. Game scores are not copyrightable, even though FIDE tried to do it.
I have a horrible stench in my nostrils if this is so.
