A real bizarre one was Averno-Monik, where Monik *only played black* and all the Monik/White games do not even show up. Anyone seen that before? Do I have Winboard set up wrong for Monik?

Hmm, this happens often (but not everytime) with Monik on my system too. If I want to have 2 games with Monik I usually start Winboard with /mg 3/scp Monik /fcp whatever. Also I set reuse to *true* so Monik will play at least 1 game with white.
But *somtimes* Monik behaves different: it plays white without any problems:
