The same thing happened to me when I tried that link in the ticker, so what I did was right clicked on the link, and copied it to the clipboard, then pasted it into the location window of my browser, and it looked ok, to me, so I hit enter, went over to the Goliath site and got a download.
Then I came back to the ticker to try the link again before I said anything, and _that_ time it worked! I couldn't explain why it worked the second time. It's probably one of those odd little html things that you can't see coming. But Frank's html looks normal enough to me, I think it's probably something with the Goliath page, but I don't know.
