Don't remember. Probably Alta-Vista, since I have the babelfish translator button on my toolbar. With French, sometimes I can tell when it has botched it badly, but not with German.

Actually its pretty close. You could say
Diese URL arbeitet nicht für mich. (Depends what gender you assign to URL. I view it as female - 'die URL').
Sind Sie sicher es richtig buchstabiert zu haben?
I any case its close enough.

I think there's a big difference, but I'm not german. I'm able to read most german sentences and catch the meaning, but that wouldn't have been possible in the aforementioned translation. The placement of werden and richtig is confusing IMO. But since it was written in english as well it's not important. Just an observation.
