Winboard ini - arranging for easier use

Hi Winboard addicts,
After struggling with an ever growing winboard ini file, I
decided it was time to have a more organised system, so I
ran a ton of games to figure out the relative strength of the
engines, then arranged my winboard ini into 4 groups of 8,
+ a section for new engines (and also weak engines religated from group 4)
I find this much much easier to navigate, and also useful for
engine-engine tourneys.
here is how it's looking at the moment, lambchop is leading
group 3 and could soon be promoted, sjeng is heading group 4,
just ahead of cilian,
YACE is a monster program, and will probably be heading straight for
group 2, a very nice chess style as well.
