Yace abnormal endgame play

i have observed yace sometimes plays an incorrect endgame play.
yace has a pawn (time left has about 12 sec )vs the opponent with only a king.
the result was a draw, yace does not promote his pawn to a queen.
it has access to 5-man tablebase, time control is 1 min
with 0 increment from winboard interface.

Can you give a position, where this happens? I just tried with and without
table bases, and it seems to only draw theoretical draws.

You have all 5 man Tbs? Just checking your position above is a simple KP Vers K position?
